Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is available across Pakistan; the expected delivery timing is confirmed with you when your order is reviewed.

Yes — free delivery on all orders over PKR 2,000 within Pakistan.

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched. You can also use the Track an Order page on this website.

RAQS currently serves customers within Pakistan. Contact the team before ordering if you need to ask about delivery outside Pakistan; availability is confirmed case by case.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final.

Contact the RAQS team with your order number and reason for return using the contact form or official WhatsApp number. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. We'll email you once it's done.

Check the size and measurement details on each product page. If you are between sizes or shopping for a particular fit, message the RAQS team before ordering and we will help you choose.

Our edit includes embroidered Dhanak, printed Khadar and Marina Dhanak. Each product page shares the available fabric and finish details so you can shop with clarity.

Fit can vary by silhouette and collection. Most customers start with their usual size, then check the product measurements or ask us for a second opinion before placing an order.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, they move to fulfilment and may not be changed. Contact the RAQS team as soon as possible so we can check the order for you.
